Foyer Partagé is intended for adult parents or legal guardians coordinating shared custody. Children do not have an account and do not use the application directly: information about them (first name, date of birth, sleep, mood, behavior) is entered by their parents, under their responsibility.
Account: email and password (managed by our authentication provider, never stored in plain text). Household: household name, invite code. Children: first name, optional date of birth. Wellbeing journal: sleep, mood, behavior notes, linked to a child and an entry date. Calendar: custody periods, dates, notes. This data is only visible to the parents who are members of the same household.
Solely to provide the service: display the shared calendar, keep the wellbeing journal, and generate the automatic reports described below. We never sell data and do not use it for advertising.
When a parent clicks "Generate a report," a child's recent wellbeing entries (first name, sleep, mood, notes) are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) to produce a text summary. Anthropic processes this request as a technical subprocessor and does not use it to train its models under standard API usage. The generated report is saved to the household and visible to both parents.
The database and authentication are hosted by Supabase. The application itself is hosted by Vercel. Both act as technical subprocessors, with restricted access and encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Data is kept as long as the household remains active. A parent can request full deletion of their account and household data at any time by writing to the address above.
Each household is technically isolated: a parent can only see their own household's data. Wellbeing journal entries cannot be deleted or edited after the fact, to keep a reliable history in case of disagreement between parents; a correction can be added without erasing the original.
Under GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to faouziachouchen1@gmail.com.
Only one technical cookie is used, to remember your display language (French or English). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
