By creating an account on Foyer Partagé, you accept the terms below. The service is offered as an early-access product by Apps By Fifi (Faouzia), an independent developer.

Who can use the service

Foyer Partagé is reserved for adult parents or legal guardians (18 or older) coordinating the custody of one or more minor children. Children do not create an account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of the information you enter, including information about your children.

Expected use

The service is intended to facilitate coordination between parents: custody calendar, wellbeing journal, and information useful to the child. It must not be used to harass, intimidate, or improperly monitor the other parent.

AI-generated reports are not professional advice

Automatic reports are an observation aid, generated by an AI model from entries logged by parents. They may contain errors and are never a substitute for the advice of a doctor, psychologist, or family law professional. If you have concerns about a child's wellbeing or health, consult a professional.

Ownership of your data

The data you enter (information about your children, journal, calendar) belongs to you and the other parent in the same household. You may request its export or deletion at any time.

Service availability

The service is under active development and provided "as is." Interruptions or feature changes may occur without notice during this phase.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to faouziachouchen1@gmail.com. We may suspend an account in case of abusive use of the service, particularly against the other parent or a child.

Changes

These terms may evolve along with the application; the date above reflects the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
